Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Important Notice
Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled. Refunds are only issued after returned items are received and verified.
